THE CHALLENGE
We collaborated with NIGO®’s legendary streetwear label to revamp their global e-commerce platform. The goal was to handle high-traffic "drop" events while retaining the brand's vintage-americana aesthetic.
We built a headless Shopify architecture wrapped in a custom playful frontend. The design integrates subtle micro-interactions and "easter egg" animations that reward exploration without compromising purchase speed.
The new platform stabilized server loads during peak release windows and increased mobile conversion rates by 65% in the first quarter.
